


Pork neck is probably my favorite meat to grill. Not because it's gives the best result, but because of it's dirt cheap and it's almost impossible to mess up!
Just cut the meat and throw it in a marinade in the morning and in the grill in the evening, always a juicy and great result! Whip up a sauce from the marinade and throw some veggies on the grill and dinner is a guaranteed success!

Is the marinade your using dual purpose like helping tenderize the meat? I’ve never had pork neck is it tough? Looks really good no lie maybe my Labor Day grill choice. Happy grilling all

I love pork neck bone. I’ve never grilled it. I usually let it braise in red sauce as part of a bolognese dish. That looks really good though and I need to try it.

One of the best grilling cuts. Tier 1, next to chicken thighs and pork belly cutlets.
It’s the German standard for grilling. We also use it for pulled pork as a big chunk.
