I mean… So long as they’re not treated with pesticides, roses are completely edible. Deep fried is a bit odd, as edible flowers tend to have kind of a delicate flavor, but I’d try it.

I like roses . They taste pretty good and make good tea. I’ve eaten candy rose petals. They are ok. Slight bitterness. I imagine the fried ones would be the same without the sweet. A fried slightly bitter plant isn’t a bad flavor.

In my culture we eat fried pumpkin (and other squash type) flowers. Its absolutely delicious and I could eat a whole plate of them, but they’re very oily. It’s okay to eat occasionally but not regularly unless you want health problems lol
I’m not sure about roses, I’d probably want someone to taste it first for me 😅

If they were prepped in someway, sure. But these roses look fresh, and therefore too wet to fry properly. My guess is this is just breading around a mostly raw flower.
