Potatoes diced (as many as you desire)
Package of your choice of sausage (I used beef smoked sausage)
Diced onion
2 cans of green beans (drained)
Seasoning of choice (I used onion and garlic powder, salt, pepper and creole)
1 packet onion soup mix
Stick of butter
Spray your crockpot with cooking spray.
Dice your potato and onion, add to crock and season, then add your sausage, then your green beans then sprinkle with the onion soup mix, then add butter to top. Cook on low till potatoes and tender.

I had never seen swamp potatoes before (I’m from France) but it looks very tasty 🙂 Bon appétit 😁
One of my favorite slow cooker recipes. I’ve never added butter before, I’ll have to try that sometime. I usually just add a cup or so of chicken broth, and typically use fresh beans since they hold up a little better but canned is good too.
