Assalamualaikum
Hello 🧑‍🍳
Turkish bulgur pilaf recipe (wheat or Dalia).
Today I’m making my favorite bulgur pilaf, which is very rich in flavors, with fragrant spices and is simply delicious.
bulgur is very rich in nutritions and one of the many benefits💯
High in Fiber – keeps you full longer, supports digestion, and helps with constipation.
Low Glycemic Index – raises blood sugar slowly, good for diabetes control compared to white rice.
Supports Weight Loss – since it’s filling but low in calories, it can reduce overeating.
Heart Friendly – whole grain bulgur supports healthy cholesterol and blood pressure.
Rich in Vitamins & Minerals – contains iron, magnesium, manganese, and B vitamins (important for energy and metabolism).
Good for PCOS & Hormone Balance – whole grains help improve insulin resistance, which many women with PCOS face.
Gut Health – its fiber feeds good bacteria in the intestine.
Light & Easy to Digest – compared to polished rice, it doesn’t feel too heavy.
👉 Many people replace rice with burgul rice/pilaf a few times a week for better health.
