Sorry for the rough estimates but I prepped all this at once without recipes. They all can be slow cooked on low for 4-6 hrs.
3-Bean Chili: 1 can kidney beans, 1 can garbanzo beans, 1 can black beans, frozen mirepoix mix, beef broth concentrate, garlic, s & p, cumin, chili powder (add broth after defrosting, then in slow cooker)
Fajita Chicken: 1lb chicken thighs, frozen sliced pepper and onion mix, garlic, evoo, paprika, onion powder, cumin
Coconut Curry Chicken: 1lb chicken thighs, 1 can coconut milk, curry powder, onion powder, garam masala, s & p, garlic powder, honey
Turkey, White Bean & Spinach Soup: 1lb cooked ground turkey, 2 cans cannellini beans, 10oz bag spinach, Italian seasoning, s & p, red pepper flakes (add broth after defrosting) , frozen mirepoix mix
Sausage & Peppers: 2 packs Italian sausage sliced, 1 jar pasta sausage, Italian seasoning, s & p
Marinara Chicken: 1lb chicken breasts, 1 pasta sauce jar, Italian seasoning, s&p
Greek Chicken: 1lb chicken thighs, lemon juice, s & p, evoo, Italian seasoning, garlic powder , onion powder
Chicken soup: frozen mirepoix, 1lb chicken breasts, chicken bouillon, s & p, evoo, garlic, bay leaf, onion powder, Italian seasonings (add broth after defrosting) add noddle 30 minutes before done
