



Lately I’ve seen many posts about pizza on a Big Green Egg, so I thought why not share my method. I keep the temperature just under 600f, to not mess up the gasket. Pizza stone is 14” and well heated before baking (I check with an IR thermometer). Pizza was tomato sauce, cheese, pulled pork and after baking some garlic sauce.

This makes me want to make pizza on my “the bastard” (got a 16 inch/42cm pizza stone) so it will be a biig pizza
