How will Walmart ever financially recover from this? Great score do it proud.

Some people are born to greatness, some people have greatness thrust upon them.

lol. are you the homie going through self checkout 🤔

  4. ZappBrannigansLaw

Guarantee that a homie tagged it for themselves and was coming back to get it. Only to be disappointed that you snagged it first.

    Nice one!

Nice score and now at least you’ve got some money left over for spices cause you’re gonna need a lot for that bad boy

  6. horitokux

The tag on top is for a completely different product (ribs), so someone was definitely trying to set it aside for themselves.

I’d say it’s really on the dishonest side. It’s clearly not the correct sku. I would have pointed this out to a department head.

How are Walmart briskets? I just saw them there for first time and didn’t think they looked too bad.

One day this will be me…. One day….

lol went to hivee last week someone had marked a pack of pork chops for $.10
It was buried in a stack so I graves and it rang up 10 cents

Big ups to the homie. I have a guy at Smart & Final who does that for me every once in a while.

Stupid acts like this cost all of us more in the long term. Walmart is a business they make profit to cover operating costs and to build more stores in communities that possibly benefit from having more selection options and more convenience. When people steal it causes Walmart to have to raise their prices to cover the loss, this isn’t an isolated incident. Walmart loses 20’s of thousands of dollars every day from theft and it cost all of us more money at the register

A true gentleman, and a learned scholar. Blessings to him or her.

    That’s retail theft…

Nobody here is considering that OP took the tag from another piece of meat and put it on there? This is no different than scanning a snickers bar and taking a TV.

  15. Alarmed-Cockroach-50

Why does this happen to everyone but me?

  16. jeeves585

Best reason to always check the meat isle.

I also always check the big rolls of parmesan. That video when the guy comes home with a $2000 roll that he got for $20 lives in my mind rent free.

Wife, “wtf are we going to do with that”
    Dude, “I have no idea”

Id be eating buttered noodles for the next year.

Yeah no homie here…. Someone took a tag off a different cut and lazily put it in the other one. The PLUs are different. This is not a homie this is fraud. Good luck going back to Walmart. They have so many cameras have cops out side plan clothes employees to catch shoplifting which is this.

  18. Nach0Maker

That’s not even the same product. A fellow customer probably moved it.

  19. Vegetable-Two2173

I’d bet someone moved the label, and was making a loop around the store to throw off security.

    Nice score.

  20. muzzledmasses

I wish this happened to me instead of you.

  21. BobbyJoeMcgee

Looks like a classic shoplifting “change the tag” scheme to me

So my friend just got busted for meat theft from my Walmart. Turns out he was taking beef chuck labels and putting it on brisket and steaks.

They let him get up to felony theft before having him arrested.

  23. NotBatman81

I bought some meat like this before. It was tucked in the back. My sister is a manager at Kroger and I asked if she thought that is what happened. She said its rare because it is automatic firing at Kroger. Perhaps Walmart worker didn’t care. Or an idiot?

  24. Holmesnight

How many times people did this at Wal-Mart when I worked there was crazy.

Best biggest dang 2.32 lb I’ve ever seen
