This is one of the healthiest sauces you can ever have. It’s chimmy cherry. Perfect with literally any meat. We got some fatty ribeye right here. I mean, look at that herby. Packed with vitamins and nutrients, healthy fats, and just delicious. Let’s make a huge batch right now. Now, the base of a good chimmy cherry is fresh parsley. You can use a little bit of stem, but we don’t want that thick woody stem. So, garbage. I want to take this mound of grass and just So, this is mainly why this sauce is so healthy for you. It’s high in vitamins, nutrients like folate, iron, but it’s also great for kidneys, and it’s been commonly used to prevent like a UTI. And parsley can even help stimulate your menstrual cycle. If I could end all periods, I would, but the second best thing is to eat a lot of parsley. I would just stab the period like that. The finer the better, but this is good enough. And just to get a little different on them, we’re going to add in a little bit of cilantro. Some people think cilantro tastes like soap. That’s literally a genetic mutation, but it’s another herb, very good for you. And me personally, I love the flavor of cilantro. After the herbs, we’re going to add about eight chopped garlic cloves, finely minced, and one medium shallot, finely diced, some dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and we want like two to three tablespoons, maybe more, of red wine vinegar. Wo! I like to do it a little crazy style, so I’m going to juice half a lemon. Make sure you don’t let any seeds in there cuz that’s too crazy style. Let’s whisk. And then we’re going to add some olive oil. Not too much at first. Whisk. More olive oil. And when you’re done, it should look like that. Like an oily green colorful sludge. And it should smell like this. So, we’re just going to cover this and let it sit in the fridge for a couple hours to let the flavors marinate. And then it’s ready for you to put on any of your favorite meats like this juicy fat ribeye. Look at that bite. Oh my god, I nutted.
