I’m attempting to make bugata now. If this turns into like the worst thing ever. Oh, at least I tried. Um, I am not one of I am not a yaya. I am not good at this. I’m terrible. Look, look. Okay, now everything is in the oven and it’s not really going to be because because the the letter the um puff pastry because I got gluten-free cuz I wanted to see if I can make it um as like a trial run for something else that like I’ll be going to a friend’s um brunch in the winter and I was like I’ll just try and make this now because why not? It sounds good. Um because Switzerland when you buy the blet aka the the puff pastry there is it’s one there’s there’s one sheet in I’m just like yeah there’s one sheet and I’m like is this going to work? I don’t know. I don’t know if it’s gonna work. I don’t think it’s gonna work. But um it smells nice. I tasted the custard. It was delicious. But I think my friends who are gluten-free just need to suffer through stomach aches or something. No, I just will have to make them something else. And I think I could make it with felo dough and it’ll be better. Not that I know how to work with file dough. And that’s could be another like drama, but but but I could I could do it. I could do it for the plot. I hope. And now I’m going to make myself a coffee cuz I deserve a coffee after all this work, which honestly it was less work than I expected.
