EASY SAUSAGE & EGG CASSEROLE | 4 INGREDIENT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE: This easy sausage & egg breakfast casserole is as easy as it gets with only 4 ingredients. Perfect for busy moms and anyone who needs breakfast in a hurry with little effort.

RECIPE:
Ingredients
1 Crescent roll tube (8oz)
1 lb of breakfast sausage
6 eggs
1 1/2 Cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
-Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
-Brown the sausage in a skillet and remove any excess grease with a paper towel.
-Cover the bottom of your greased baking dish with the crescent dough, squishing the seams together with your fingers.
-Top the dough with an even layer of the browned sausage.
-Pour the blended eggs over top
-Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
-Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese turns a nice golden brown and the eggs are cooked through.

Serve plain or top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
