since nobody asked, i’ll give my opinion: mozz is great cheese but pretty plain and likely hard to even taste in this burger. the creamy/stringyness is great but if you love cheese like me it would prob benefit from adding a slice of provolone or something a little more flavorful. sesame and poppyseed bun is great. Those onions are good, but they are not ‘caramelized’. They’d be brown if they were. Which is fine just terminology. Also…no sauce?
anyway I would definitely eat it the way it looks. so zero hate
