It was a great day to enjoy outdoor grilling over the Hudson River. We made a healthy delicious dish. Grilled the chicken on the griddle and added them to the fresh greek salad. We enjoyed a bottle of Le Champ Des Etioles Chardonnay wine that paired perfectly with the meal. Our dogs were going crazy lol you can hear them in the background.
