As a child, we always ate fry-ups with dry bread to soak up the juices from bacon, tomatoes and egg yolk etc. I still do it now to make sure I don’t leave any cholesterol on the plate!
This was from “The Café” in Dartmouth. £10.99. The toast was so nice, I didn’t mind on this occasion but there has to be some form of bread on the plate for me.
