They've been on my baking bucket list for a while and they were so much easier than I thought they would be. And so delicious!! (Left strawberry and right cinnamon)

Pati Jinich did a show on making concho. They look good. Luckily, I have a few places (one right across the street) that sell them in my neighborhood; nothing beats homemade though.
