I Make This Every Summer!
Danny N shows us how to make an amazing salad using fresh mozzarella sliced, grape tomatoes, marinated artichoke hearts, sliced Kalamata olives, light balsamic vinaigrette and baby arugula.
All right. Now, that was a perfect 16 slices of mozzarella. Now, I’m coming in with some grape tomatoes. And I love using grape tomatoes for this recipe. And I’m going to put a decent amount right on the bottom. Oh, there’s Look, there’s a little thing right there. And I’m just going to make sure that this is evenly spread throughout the dish. And make sure there’s no stems or any of that. That’s weird. We are in for an absolute treat. I’m showing you guys my favorite thing to do for summer pod luck and this is exactly what we’re doing. This is beautiful Mazetta. They just make the best artichoke carts and they’re like fermented and amazing. And now I’m coming in with Calamada olives. I do think these are the best olives. Let me know if there’s better olives out there cuz I would love to try it. But I really like these. And look at that. I’m going to put a decent amount just so I can spread it throughout the whole dish. Now, this is probably my favorite dressing so far, but it’s a light balsamic vinegaret. And I’m going to put a decent amount in here. That way, we can get all those flavors soaked up in that beautiful sauce. Look at that. Wow, that looks absolutely phenomenal. I almost could just eat it like that. It’s done. And if you haven’t guessed it yet, yep, baby arugula coming right in. These guys are crazy. All right, and I’m just going to put this right on top just like so. And I’m just going to spread this throughout the whole entire dish because this is going to be absolutely phenomenal. But what I do next is really going to be the key. Make sure you put a hand in every part of that. Super fast. Just add some flavor to the top of that. I’m going to come back in with that vinegrett. Super fast. Here we go. Look at that. Easy peasy. Almost finished. Just about this. Now for my secret technique, and that is the double spatula technique. Now I’m just going to come right under here and I’m just going to start flipping all of these ingredients together. And I’m just gonna mix this all up. I’m not gonna waste your time doing this, so I’m gonna make this super fast because it’s gonna get messy. Here we go. All right. Now, look how beautiful that looks. I’m so excited. I’m ready to give this a try. Oh, no one has to know I’m going to eat out of this, but so don’t tell anybody. Look at that. Unless they see the video. Got a piece of mozzarella. Got a piece of that tomato. Enjoy. M. Big bite. Oh my god. That might be one of the most delicious things I’ve ever had. Let’s go.

That salad dressing has so much sugar, you should just make your own
Looks delicious and I like kalamata olives.
A little sea salt might be good mozarella because it's a flavorless cheese.
