im making chili verde today to get rid the tomatillos in my refrigerator before they go bad, but I still have poblano (2) and serrano pepper (2) left… what can I do with them aside from making salsa verde cause I dont want to buy more tomatillo for now? I never use them, only jalapenos so far so I'm lost🤔😅 please share your ideas, thank you in advance.
btw I use chicken breast instead of pork or chicken thighs because thats the only one I have for now.
