These buns are perfectly flaky on the outside while being soft and pillowy on the inside! They’re perfect!

1 cup homemade shredded chicken, 1/3 cup red bell peppers, 1/3 cup cilantro, 1/3 cup carrots, 1/3 cup jalapeno, 1/2 beaten egg, salt, and pepper to taste.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. The mixture should be slightly sticky after adding the egg; it shouldn’t be runny.

Remove Pillsbury crescent biscuit dough and cut into small pieces that will fit in your mold. Roll out the dough and add the chicken mixture. Close the sides well and bake in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
