Used [this recipe](https://www.baking-sense.com/2020/06/24/malted-milk-ice-cream/) but added mint extract to taste before leaving the custard to chill, chocolate chips as an add-in, and a little bit of green food coloring just because it doesn’t feel as “mint chocolate chip” otherwise.
