I need to have some type of jam or honey on there, I’m just not sure what they prefer and my jam was expired. Hoping this shows I’m thinking of them during this time. Would love to hear feedback or if there is a charcuterie noob subreddit please let me know and I will delete! Thank you.

That’s very nice of you. Your board looks great! Thanks for sharing.
Looks great! Maybe a little balsamic reduction drizzle to go along with the mozz pearls? Don’t forget the toothpicks and spreading knives!
Nothing to do with your board (it’s beautiful!). I only know what you wrote…I love that you are putting the past behind you and feeding them. Your kids (if you have any with your ex) will see it. I have worked a number of memorial services at my church and got to the point I would part way through the reception make the widow and/or close family a plate of food. They were always too busy to do it themselves. Or cloaked they weren’t hungry and a bit later their plate was empty. Charcuterie boards, veggie platters, and the like were always easier than sandwiches or sit down meals. It’s not a big commitment and the leftovers are more versatile. When my time comes I want all boards at the reception!
Wow must have been a close family.Your very exceptional woman.
