made this to celebrate my sister’s return from University: chicken fried oyster mushrooms, kale greens, mashed potatoes w/ mushroom gravy, mac & cheese and some corn bread with a generous pat of country crock plant butter 😉

    I love breading and frying oyster mushrooms. I found a recipe where you splash some soy sauce and olive oil, drege in spices, then throw in flour, then fry up. So good.
