
Beef ribs, St. Louis ribs with habanero cherry sauce, kielbasa, and jalapeño cheese sausages. Not pictured is pulled pork that he made the day before, mac and cheese with green chilis (finished on the smoker), beans with some of the pork and sausage, homemade bread+butter pickles and pickled red onions, and a little tomato salad. I brought a cherry pie.
He taught me how to cook as a kid, which led to me becoming a (pastry) chef. The past few years he’s been perfecting his bbq skills, and basically plans all year for this stuff.
