Now what do I do with it?

Along with 45 chilli varieties, I’ve got five Tomatillo Verde bushes that are just starting to ripen here in the UK. Question is, other than roast ‘em for salsa, what can I do with them? Any recipe ideas? Can I eat them fresh?
