Just some basic school lunches this week. Ive only ever meal prepared a meal or two so this was a jump. Steamed some sweet potato in the microwave, pan cooked some ground beef, and made a simple salad. Golden kiwi on the side too. Planning on serving with maybe some cottage cheese, kimchi, or other condiments. Bout 400ish cals and 35g protein.

    a pound of 90% lean beef browned and seasoned with taco seasoning
    salad made of lettuce tomato carrot and ranch seasoning

    It looks very good! But a question: doesn’t the tomato begin to lose texture and become watery over time?
