1.75 lb (800 g) boneless chicken thighs
1 bell pepper
2 onions
4 garlic cloves
3 tbsp French mustard
2 tbsp honey
1⅔ cups (400 g) sour cream
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
3.5 oz (100 g) Cheddar cheese, grated
3.5 oz (100 g) mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tbsp olive oil
Zest & juice of ½ lemon
Italian herbs
Oregano
Salt & pepper
Optional for serving salad:
1 cucumber
2–3 tomatoes
Dill, parsley, green onions
1 tsp French mustard
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp mixed seeds
