Onion, tomato, and cucumber sumac salad is the perfect condiment to any meat dish, wrap, and much more! It pairs perfectly with my chicken shawarma! The juice of this is so good, my family was eating it with bread 😂

1 red onion, very thinly sliced
1 tomato, cubed
1/2 cucumber, cubed
1/2c parsley
Juice of 1 lemon
Drizzle of olive oil
1-2tbsp sumac
Salt and pepper
