I recently made some tacos or de papa and a lot of you asked me for the salsa recipe. So today I’m making a delicious salsa roa takera. I’m going to start off by setting my pan to medium heat and add some oil. The oil is hot and I’m going to add one srano pepper, two garlic cloves, piece of a white onion, and three Roma tomatoes. We’re going to fry for a couple of minutes. After about 6 minutes, we add in four chile zor. Fry for about 30 seconds. And then we add half a cup of water. Cover it up and cook for about four minutes. It’s been four minutes and I’m going to transfer everything into the blender along with half a tablespoon of chicken buon. And we blend this salsa, guys. It’s so delicious and it goes perfect with almost anything, including these takitos, the papa concqueso. All right, guys. And now for the moment of truth. Cheers. And there you have it. Delicious salsa roa paratacos.
