
Recent meals I've made, also doing OMAD / 2MAD. I've never eaten so well in my life!
- Bbq chicken wings, roasted mixed bell peppers, roast potatoes and spicy mayo
- Lamb kofta, cucumber, roast peppers,wedges, boiled egg
- Veggie stir fry with jasmine rice, boiled eggs and chicken thighs
- Satay chicken, rice and salad
- Banana and oat cookies with dark chocolate
- Tagliatelle with lots of veggies, chicken mince and lighter garlic bread
