Recent meals I've made, also doing OMAD / 2MAD. I've never eaten so well in my life!

  1. Bbq chicken wings, roasted mixed bell peppers, roast potatoes and spicy mayo
  2. Lamb kofta, cucumber, roast peppers,wedges, boiled egg
  3. Veggie stir fry with jasmine rice, boiled eggs and chicken thighs
  4. Satay chicken, rice and salad
  5. Banana and oat cookies with dark chocolate
  6. Tagliatelle with lots of veggies, chicken mince and lighter garlic bread
