Looks pretty good. Not like King Tacos, but I’d try it. Next time pile on the shredded cheese and add taco sauce, or ketchup (!!!).
I make it at home with a sunny side up egg on top.

I should make this. I used to live in Nagoya and would frequent an Okinawan bar that sold taco rice. They used shredded cheese instead of cheese sauce, but I’m curious to try this.
