This is so cool! Peanuts are such wacky plants. I hope I get the chance to grow them one day too. Great job, enjoy!

Oh my gosh. I was just telling my wife I want to grow peanuts in 10 gallon cloth bags next year. I’ve never grown them before. Any advice?

oh, cool! How many peanuts does each plant produce?

I’m growing them too! How did you know when to dig them up!?

Did you grow them to eat peanuts / make peanut butter, or to enrich the soil, or both?
I have been thinking about planting peanuts in some very poor dirt (really not even quite soil) just to help prep that area for the following year.

This is so cool! A kind squirrel buried a peanut in my blueberry bush pot and now we have a peanut plant growing as well. 🤣 Wasn’t sure if it would last but it’s still growing strong!

Bluejays hide peanuts in my yard to prevent the magpies from getting them.

Not me thinking they grew on trees. Nope

The squirrels buried so many peanuts and I almost let one of them grow but it was competing with space of my cucumber so I pulled it.

How cute! You prefer in the ground to cloth pots?

I loved finding all the squirrel assisted peanut plants in my raised beds

My late husband always wanted to grow peanuts 🥜

Aren’t they fun! I love growing them too. I noticed that even the foliage smells a little like peanuts which is just so cool. I think I have gotten around 30 per plant and also like the raised bed with lofty soil.
