Want to taste Tuscany in one bite? Let’s toast it up. You’ll need Italian brown bread, fresh tomatoes, feton cheese, fresh basil, balsamic vinegar, and a lieo extra virgin olive oil. Start by spraying or brushing both sides of your bread with extra virgin olive oil. Now, sprinkle with sea salt. Slide them under the broiler just until golden and crisp. Toast is still warm. Sprinkle on some feta cheese, fresh tomatoes, some fresh basil, and top it off with some sea salt. Let’s finish off with adding some balsamic vinegar and then a little bit of olive oil.
