As you’re boiling about 10 medium red potatoes, take about a quarter of a plant-based block of butter. I like Violife. And some olive oil and add it to a fry pan. Let it heat up and add in about 10 cloves of garlic and about two medium to large jalapenos. You don’t have to chop them too small cuz they’ll get blended into the potatoes. When your potatoes are soft, drain them and put them into a mixing bowl. Add in your favorite plant-based milk and some sea salt. Then take the mixture of the sauteed garlic and jalapenos and add it all into the potato mixture. Take an immersion blender or a hand blender and blend to your desired level of creaminess. I like it a little more textured and chunky. That’s why I use the inversion blender. Put it on a plate and top it with a delicious airfried beyond meatloaf, which we will cover in a separate video.
