Banh mi - new places worth the wait?

I've seen on ig two banh mi spots with huge lines, mind you they're in Thornhill and another was in markham.

That said, I've never seen a line up for banh mi. I personally like banh mi boys, because their spin on it and even they don't have a lineup.

These new places look like mom and pop shops, nothing that scream influencer driven (I doubt they paid for advertising).

Is it that great than say getting a banh mi on spadina?
