  1. Lunches and dinners for two.

    🍅 Lunch: [Beef and tomato rice bowls](https://www.budgetbytes.com/beef-and-tomato-rice-bowl/) by Budget Bytes (8 servings)
    -Doubled the recipe, used more beef, and added a couple zucchini. Top with hot sauce of choice 🙂

    🥘 Dinner: [Smoked sausage and vegetable soup](https://www.cookingclassy.com/smoked-sausage-vegetable-soup/) by Cooking Classy (10-12 servings)
    -Doubled the recipe and used turkey kielbasa, though we much prefer beef kielbasa. Topped with shredded Parmesan and eaten with baby naan breads.
