I eat this just about nightly. Hits the sweet tooth hard and is a lot of ice cream as well. 420 calories for 319 grams. You can get this down to 380 calories using the vanilla flavor Breyer's carb smart or zero sugar ice cream. The syrup is definitely not the best, so you may want to test it out before adding it to the bowl or replace the PBFit with the cocoa variety of powder.

Ingredients:

Breyer's Carb Smart Brownie a la Mode ice cream – 243 grams – 360 calories

PBFit protein powder – 16 grams mixed with water into a slurry – 60 calories

Hershey's Zero Sugar Syrup – 60 grams – 20 calories

    If any one here has a ninja creami, or feels like making their own ice cream in a food processor or other ice cream mixer: my biggest reccomendation in the world is this;

    a 26 gram protien vanilla fairlife shake(150cal), half a sugar free cheesecake jello packet (feel free to add more, half oz; 50 cal), and 3 tablespoons of ricotta (80 cal). Add a little heavy cream if you want a creamer texture or more fairlife.
    I’ll top it with cinnamon toast crunch for a gram cracker texture. (cereal doesnt get soggy in ice cream btw)

    Total without the topping or added fairlife/heavy cream is roughly 280 cal for 2/3 pint. 32 grams of protein!

    I got lucky and found a cheap ninja creami second hand and I’ve been making basically all my protien shakes into ice cream, I dont like random kitchen gadgets but this one makes me so happy.

    Feel free to add a bit more sugar or sweetener too!even a tbls of sugar is only 49 cals, it doesnt hurt too much and that small amount still makes a difference to taste. You can also just opt for the non-sugar free jello, but you definitely should add more shake to make for a full pint if so.

    Still even then that could come to around 400 calories a pint with the shake and the sugar jello.

    Genuinely one of the best ice creams I’ve had.
