But if you eat these kind of natural, you know, healthy foods in the morning for breakfast, you you your blood sugar doesn’t spike and your insulin doesn’t kick in. So you don’t you have a much more stable blood sugar levels. I think next time we try to make some natural drinks for people instead going with fizzy drinks, isn’t it? with sugar.
