Breakfast: 3 eggs sautéed with 1/2 cup cottage cheese, peppers, green onion and broccoli. Fruit on the side.

Lunch: 1 slice of sourdough with 1/2 an avocado. 2 cups of homemade mulligatawny soup.

Snack: 1 green apple.

Dinner: homemade steak stir fry with carrots, broccoli, leeks and green onions. Stir fries in teriyaki sauce.

Did 30 minutes of HIIT with Chloe ting and 30 minutes of HIIT training on my spin bike.

How many calories do you estimate this to be?

    If you’re going to try estimating everything you’re eating and whatnot, you should get a scale.
