12.5 oz Tilapia – 312 kcal (air fried-seasoning is salt, oregano, thyme, paprika, garlic, onion)
1 egg – 72 kcal
30 ml organic caesar dressing – 70 kcal
Lettuce – 4 kcal
228 g cottage cheese – 200 kcal (pictured is one serving, i had another)
no oils used in the process, hence my ugly fried egg
Total: 658 kcal 91 g protein 11 g carbs 30 g fat
