


Breakfast: Chilaquiles with Scrambled Eggs (sorry the chilaquiles are covered)
Homemade corn tortilla chips (made out of corn tortilla)
Cook it in salsa with garlic and onion until chips are soft
Scrambled eggs
Lunch: TexMex Bowl with rice, ground beef, beans, corn, onion, bell pepper, cheese
Dinner: Honey Sesame Chicken chicken, corn starch, garlic powder, salt, pepper, egg (2), then air fry.
The sauce: soy sauce, chili flakes, honey, garlic cook on low heat and whisk together. To thicken add cornstarch. Then add in veggies and sauté in the sauce before adding in chicken mixing and then plating
