[Music] M. This recipe will have you at a loss of words. To start, always measure your heartburn by the handful. We’re going to do a large spoonful of tomato or hot pepper paste. A spoon of yogurt will change the way you eat chicken for life. It’s time to squeeze in a lemonade’s worth amount of lemons. Drizzle in the best olive oil that you got. A squeeze of honey gets it nice and sweet like you. And then to season, I got some paprika, chili powder, coriander, cumin, parsley flakes, and turmeric. Mix this all up. Just know that this is one of those marinades that makes a flip-flop taste good. It’s time to throw your cut rust onto a sheet tray. We’re using thighs and drums. I like to salt this directly so I get the perfect amount. And now it’s time to bathe this with that beautiful marinade. I like to just get in there and give this all a nice little massage. Listen, I assure you this is going to be the best chicken and potatoes you’ll ever have. We’re going to carefully tightly cover this. Then into the oven set at 375 for 30 minutes. And then you’re just going to uncover it. Then back into the oven for another 20 30 minutes. Now, if you want to love me forever, mince down more heartburn, sizzle it down with some oil, optional chili fix, quick splash of lemon juice, and just kill the heat and hit this with lots of cilantro. Just going to drizzle that all over our chicken. And as always,

However I was wondering if you could take out the music from your videos as it is very quiet and I don’t think it adds anything at all. Not tryna hate just looking out for my Muslim brother 👊

  3. I’ve made this, and I truly cannot get enough. I was beyond excited for my lunch break the next day. This is truly my favorite way to have chicken & potatoes. That lemon garlic splash takes it to a divine level. To top it all off, as my favorite chef, I think I heard my favorite music artist in the background of this. It’s my first time hearing background music on one of your videos. Did I hear Aruarian Dance by Nujabes?

  5. Excellent recipe but I had to cook the potatoes much longer
    I did use mini potatoes cut in half though with skin – amazing tasting overall 😊

  6. I tried this recipe today. But all the dressing dried up in the oven leaving bare chicken and potatoes
