never been to one but i’ve heard you get plied with a lot of free food to tempt you into spending 3k on an egg. I skipped all of that and bought a kamado joe for $600 bucks brand new at BJs. Forget the BGE

If it’s like the eggfests, people come in and make great food on eggs. You can usually buy the eggs after the event for a discount, they bring in new ones for the cooks. There are vendors with accessories and basically you get to walk around, talk about BBQ and eat god food.
Edit: I looked at the details and basically they are holding a bunch of individual eggfest events at area dealers all on the same day.
