My husband sent me a reel and said, ‘There’s no way this could work.’ 🤨 Well… I had to prove him wrong. And guess what? It totally worked!!! 🥳 This chocolate pudding is made with the most unexpected base—hard boiled eggs—and it’s creamy, chocolatey, and SO good!

The best part? It’s higher in protein, has healthy fats, and is lower in carbs than traditional pudding. Perfect for when you want a sweet treat that actually fills you up. Trust me—you’ll be just as shocked as we were!”

Okay, I saw this thing that said if you take boiled eggs, six of them, put them in the mixer. So, I’m going to put six boiled eggs. There’s no way this can be good, but we’re going to try it. And then you take, you know, third cup of sugar. We’re going to dump that in. And I’m going to take a/3 cup of just cocoa powder. Put that in. And then it said a half a cup of milk. So, I’m just going to put that in. And you’re supposed to blend it up really good. So, we are going to blend it up. And this is going to get really, really loud. All right, let’s Okay, it’s starting to be the consistency, but it’s got that little the cocoa powder still on top. So, let’s try this again. Good thing I have the lid. All right, let’s see if this is good. I’m sure it is, cuz why wouldn’t hard-boiled eggs mixed with sugar be good? Hey, look at that. Oo, it’s actually really It looks really good. That tastes just like pudding. Can’t even taste the eggs. Wow. I do think I want to chill this for a little bit. I’m going to chill this and come back to it. It tastes just like pudding. Like this is really

  1. If you look up recipes for ice cream, those are the ingredients for chocolate ice cream. Maybe a dash of vanilla. The difference between soft warm ingredients and especially frozen ones. If you put it in the freezer it'll get hard but ice cream is frozen so it becomes crystals a little at a time. So if you freeze it hard, it'll be ice cream. It'll just be very difficult to eat. If you freeze it like you do when you make ice cream, it'll be a little softer

  2. Gurrrleen STOP ✋️
You are gonna have gas so noxious you will not get invited anywhere. Is some damn pudding worth being a pariah? You will literally have no friends. Dogs on the street will run away from you. Please for the love of jeeezuzz do not eat that hellatious pudding. 😢

  3. My concern is I could easily eat the entire cup which would mean I’m consuming 6 eggs at once😱Too tempting!

  4. How about Swerve or something? That’s a sweetener that’s not sugar for people who can’t, won’t or have medical conditions that preclude them from having Sugar?

  5. Try combining the sugar and cocoa powder together well before adding it to the rest of the ingredients. It will incorporate much easier. Cocoa powder has a hydrophobic property that makes it hard to mix in.

  6. Years ago I made chocolate pudding from scratch and it called for eggs. It makes the pudding thicken and gives it a creamy texture. I also made a chocolate mousse that called for chocolate chips, boiling water and egg yolks. Whip the whites separately and fold into chocolate mix. Eggs are common in cooked puddings.

  7. I think I would put the eggs in last. I would put the milk, coco powder, sugar then the boiled eggs. I think it would blend better and faster.

  8. Thank you, cool recipe.

Thank you for posting the recipe on the video and leaving it long enough for us old folks can read it too. ❤
I subscribed because you did that. Thanks

  9. Love the storage container for her cocoa powder. I bought some really good organic cacao powder and it came in a plastic bag. I’m going to put it in a glass storage canister now. I use a lot of it because I make homemade chocolate milk, and chocolate chia seed pudding too. Love it and so deliciously good.
Thank you for the video. Sometimes the easiest things have been right in front of us. 😊

  10. I’ve read a few times that it’s a good idea to let the pudding sit for a while in the fridge and any scent of egg will disappear over the course of a couple of hours… Because some folks have said that when you eat it immediately there’s a smell of egg… But that does dissipate and disappear after a time

  11. In our house, we have five raw eggs, 3 tablespoons of sugar, a dash of soy sauce, and a quarter of a teaspoon of Japanese fish stock they call it. Dashi scramble it up and fry it the kids love it.

  12. Why would you ever use that much cocoa and I’m not trying to be smart sarcastic just I need a hint for it

  13. OK no!!!! I am all about replacing ingredients for chocolate pudding made from eggs is crossing a line that is disgusting. Unless you're doing something like an Asian egg tart which is different.

  14. I made this and used Monkfruit as my sweetener. In my opinion. It was too cocoa-y and not sweet enough. The cocoa over powered the sweetener. But all and all, it did taste just like pudding. Texture and all. I did mine in my Ninja Bullet. I think that the next time I try this I will try some of the advice mentioned in the comments. Like adding Vanilla Extract (All Natural), A pinch of salt, Possibly a little Maple Syrup, or some of the other variations mentioned. Not all at once of course. Do try this. If you're like me and want pudding but are on a Keto style lifestyle, this is an excellent option. God bless.
