Most of you here probably know all about that Kosmos Q Honey Killer Bee rub, it should come as no surprise it slayed again on this beer can chicken. I brined it for 24 hours before that in some Kosmos Q turkey brine power I had left over.
Electric pellet smoker, apple wood, 250, about 4 hours if I remember (did it until it was 165* internal). DRIPPING juicy, even the 7 year old kid loved it and they are super picky lol.
