Recently had this amazing rice in korea and the owner showed us this bag – anyone know where to find in US or something similar?

The variety of rice contained in this particular bag is “Inochi no Ichi / いのちの壱 / 이노치노이치”, which originates from Gifu Prefecture, Japan. Looks like the seeds were licensed / imported and grown in Haenam-gun, Jeollanam-do, Korea.
I think it’s better to track down bags of rice that has this variety, rather than trying to find the particular brand printed on the bag (which happens to be “명량海쌀 *Myeonnyanghae Ssal* – lit. rice from the sea of Myeongnyang” if you were curious) because the brand itself isn’t tied to a single rice variety.
