Compared to my last one, i was aiming for a better searing. I let the pan get hotter and cooked each side of this 300g ribeye a bit longer (2x 90 seconds). The little grey band tho might say: a little too long. But well, It was still delicious. Had it with a creamy potato-celery-soup.

Before, i airfried it again (120° C, ~15 minutes) to slowly get the core temperature to about 50+ degress Celsius and let it rest.
