I’ve made this spinach dip a long time ago and I’m going to make it again but just in the crock pot. Here’s all the ingredients that I did end up using and my friend is always asking me to make her some. Girl, I got you next time. But here is how I made it. I went ahead and put in two blocks of spinach. I cut up some artich choke carts. This is my favorite part because it tastes like meat. I added in a full block of cream cheese. And I feel like this recipe was a lot easier because everything got thrown in the crock pot. Go ahead and add you a little bit of minced garlic. Now let’s go ahead and add in a spoonful of sour cream. This is just how much I put in. You can add more if you like. Let’s go ahead and pour in a full bag of mozzarella cheese. And then you’re going to add a little bit of Parmesan cheese. Now, let’s go ahead and give that a really, really good mix. And I did add some salt and some pepper. Now, let’s go ahead and let it cook. Everybody’s time is not going to be the same, so I let mine cook about an hour or 2 hours. And when it was halfway done, I went ahead and made me some homemade chips. This is super easy. Just cut up some tortilla bread, throw it in the grease, and you’re done. Homemade chips and homemade dip. Perfect for a late night snack and if you’re going to a gathering.

  1. Please send me your artichoke spinach dip. The only thing in there is that this fat thing is the artichoke hearts themselves. I couldn’t ever make that even in a small portion unless I was sitting on the hospital bed and they were getting ready with their paddles to bring me back to life, but it’ll all be worth it if I can have your dip Again the next day God bless you.

  2. Looks great!!! Also, for those that are keto– It is totally keto except for the tortillas. However– you can cut up low carb or keto tortillas and throw them in the air fryer and you are good to go!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  3. Oh please give us the dip ingredient and all that it's in this awesome dip. The chips looks good but a bit over cooked.
