I have been doing charcuterie boards for a couple of months now, I definitely think I have improved a ton from when I first started! But I still feel like I’m missing something that will tip my presentation over the edge. Would love any feedback about what can be improved and worked upon. I’m not someone who naturally has an “eye” for these kinds of things so hoping others can see what I’m missing!

    I personally avoid using garnishes that aren’t edible – like the flowers (a sprig of rosemary is fine – the aroma adds a nice element, and, technically, it is edible). Some flowers are certainly edible though – nasturtiums (the blossoms and the leaves) add a nice peppery bite. Dandelions are also delicious, but only use them if you’re 100% sure they’re free of chemicals. Sprigs of cilantro and/or parsley can also be a nice addition.
