On holiday in Bournemouth (from Germany) last week and had great advice from you lot after asking about veggie alternatives to slow-roast lamb. This is the Juicy Marbles "steak" along with frozen croquettes and beans from Sainsburys. Fresh carrots, mushroom gravy and meat gravy were the only real preparation needed and I did pimp the green beans with pancetta for the omnivores.

Fed 13 adults and 4 kids, including 3 vegetarians. One hour preparation in a well-equipped holiday house. The lamb had been in the oven nearly all day but that's zero effort.

No good pics of the lamb unfortunately, but it was ace 😀 Second pic plates are veggie, omni, toddler (ketchup, *sigh*).
