Results from the County Fair

Hello all,

Ive been making hot sauces and pickles for many years now, and have been entering a variety of my pickled items in the last county fair for the year in northern Illinois for many of those years. Had a pretty good year this year, winning first place in hot sauce for my original Chicago Style Hot Sauce as well as taking first on 4 out of my 6 pickle entries (a solid 2nd and 3rd place for the other two entries). Here were my complete results:

1st place – Hot Sauce
1st place – Asparagus
1st place – Peppers
1st place – Onions
1st place – Okra
2nd place – Dilly beans
3rd place – Mustard pickles
