   This looks like Snowfox or any other grocery store sushi. It’s good if it’s fresh. Sometimes it sits for a day and the rice forms into one horrible dry glue like ball.

    I’m of the general opinion that many of these box sushi’s are absolutely fine, provided their eat by date is very current, and it’s stored proper. The only caveat is that you don’t do it with saki, you slam it with a 24 Natty Ice or similar.

    Sam’s Club? My local one just did away with the fresh sushi refrigerated end cap. Very sad.
