Ingredients
Vegetables:
2 cups romaine lettuce
1 cup cucumber diced
1 cup tomato diced
1 small red onion thinly sliced
1 cup radishes sliced
1 green bell pepper chopped
½ cup fresh parsley chopped
½ cup fresh mint leaves chopped
Crispy Bread:
2 pita breads (toasted or fried until golden & crunchy, broken into small pieces
Dressing:
⅓ cup olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 clove garlic crushed
1 tsp sumac powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
